Why is the annual leave taken showing on the payslip in the Wages and Earnings section?

The Annual Leave Taken item is an earnings type of pay that's why it's placed in the Wages and Earnings section of the payslip. Please check out this ATO article for your reference: Types of payments to employees. You can also reach out to your accountant for clarifications.
