Can i invoice for inventory items not in stock

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the option to enter your inventory and non-inventory items, so you can create and send your sales form with confidence!

When adding your products and services, you choose your product and service types.  Although it isn't possible to lock your inventory items, you may want to review user roles and access rights.  If you would like to see this feature come available in future updates, you can submit a suggestion to our Development team from your Settings ⚙, select Feedback.
