Construction Company new to QBO migrated from Desktop how do I connect projects already underway- it is showing we have no projects

Importing your information from QuickBooks Desktop to Online is a great way to keep your information without having to reenter it. I'd be happy to go over imported projects from QuickBooks Desktop to Online.

The QuickBooks Desktop jobs feature is tracked differently than QuickBooks Online. When you import your jobs it doesn't go to projects but instead is imported in as a sub customer. If you want to have it entered in the projects feature you'll need to enter it in projects manually and delete the sub customer information so it's not tracked twice.
