Hello, noticed that there's a section under each customer called "NOTES" was wondering if we create notes there, does the customer see it? thank you

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I can see how important it is to ensure specific information, is applied to your customer invoices in QuickBooks Online. However, as a business owner, we also want to ensure that internal notes are not shared with our customers.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

Rest assured that entering Notes in the customers profile, doesn't appear on their invoices. Only you can see the notes applied to your customer profiles. If you'd like to review this for peace of mind, you can hit print/preview located at the bottom of the form. In addition, you can send a copy to your own email address for additional reassurance.
