How can I delete categories that I created under ‘Bank’ and move them to ‘Expenses’ instead? I can’t find an option to delete these categories.

Thanks for reaching out about your categories. Quickbooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you know the profitability of your company. I can point you in the right direction to delete or edit these categories.

To edit or delete a category, go to the Accounting tab, then Chart of accounts. from the list of accounts, locate the one in question, then click on the arrow in the rightmost column of the line to either Edit or Make inactive.
