How do I obtain information for a PD4R?

Thanks for reaching out about your payroll forms. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to assist you in keeping track of deductions so you can use them to generate your T4 and Relevé 1 forms for the end of the year. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with these forms.

QuickBooks Online itself can't generate a PD4R form. For assistance in the information required to generate this form, I recommend reaching out to your accountant. Their expertise will be able to guide you in getting the information required as well as how to enter it in that form. You can invite your accountant to your QuickBooks Online account by clicking on the My Accountant tab. There's also an option to find an accountant near you in that section by clicking on the Find a Pro to help button.
