How do you view and update inventory on the mobile app

Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that you're using the QuickBooks Online mobile app to keep your books up to date while on the go.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

When it comes to updating inventory items, it's best to log into your QuickBooks account from a web browser.  The mobile app does have some product limitations as noted in the Intuit Terms of Service.
