How to delete a profile

Welcome to Community!  When creating a QuickBooks Online account, we understand that things can happen.  Having multiple accounts can become rather concerning.  I would be glad to help!

You can cancel the unwanted accounts, within the product.  Here's how to proceed with cancelling your account.  Although the accounts will be cancelled, you will continue to have 'read-only' access for one year from the date of cancellation.  After one year, the accounts will be permanently deleted.  Here's how to Cancel a subscription from Apple.
