Welcome to Community! The QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to stay on top of your books while on-the-go. Having the ability to select your suppliers when entering bills is essential in maintaining accurate transactions. I'd be glad to help!
If you haven't done so already, I recommend refreshing the app. Here's how;
For iOS;
Go to the Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback, then Refresh Data Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
Tap Refresh to confirm.
For Android
Go to the Menu ☰ then tap More Options
Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
Tap YES to confirm.
If you're still unable to see the list of suppliers, log into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.
