User limitations can be the one of the reasons you're unable to view the customers transaction list. However, if you're the Primary admin, and you unable to view the list, it maybe browsing data that has accumulated on your system and is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. If this is the case, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, trying a different browser, or trying a private browser (Incognito). This usually helps resolve browsing data issues.
