Why do I get a blank page upon preview after I upload a docx file to create a custom form style? Thank you.

Based on the information you've provided, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, then log into your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito browser to see if you get the same result.  Other recommended browsers are Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.  If the issue persists, please contact us so we can work with you independently and ensure you're back to business as soon as possible.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
