How do I capture parking receipts for a refund to employer

HI all; i have set up our file with the Bar Code as the product name for use with a scanner. when i pull summary reports it then does not provide the description of the product. I would like this info yet the customisation does not allow for adding column etc as we could do on desktop in the summary reports. please can someone assist. Thanks in advance...

For accurate Cost of Sale, it should be averaging the cost across the stock on hand at that time or does it keep the COST until it is manually changed?  When manually changing it recalculates the  past COS so this does not seem right. If one does not change the COST, will QB do the correct COS calculation from the new supplier bill COST loaded from that date forward?

I want to move from excel based payslips to quickbooks if possible, but will need to be able to track and record all payroll information for each employee (50+ employees)

When trying to get a detailed vat report for 12 month year from 1-12-2021 to 30-11-2022 it only gives me  a report for 3 months ie Jul,aug and Sept. How do I correct this? Previously I have never had this problem. I use Desktop 2020 and could always state the full period for the report.

How do I record the stock my consignors have with them

When doing the bank account setup to Nedbank, the process prompts for an OTP.I am using the Authorise-It security feature of Nedbank on which you authorise login request via the Money App.The request comes through when setting up the account, and I authorise it, but QuickBooks asks for an OTP. There is no OTP to enter, so it is impossible to complete the bank account setup.Is there a way to get past this without compromising on security settings of my online banking?If not, can this be fixed?It is really inconvenient.
