Does anyone know why I'm seeing entries in Paid in Capitol referenced with Added by online banking administration?

There's at least two of these entries of the same amount attributed to new cards with absolutely no activity ever.

How do I correctly set up AmeriCorps members in QBO payroll since they are not "employees" in the traditional sense?

I manage a small nonprofit with no employees other than the members. I am getting alerts that I need to file state income taxes (from which members are exempt because their stipend is not a "wage"). I want the alerts to stop, but more importantly, I want to ensure that my tax setup is correct.
