Greetings all, I am currently using Quickbooks Online, and I want to know if there is a way to categorize an Expense Vendor for companies that are chains (having multiple locations under their name). Generally, I have been separating them as separate expense vendors as shown in the example below:EX: "McDonald's Yocumtown""McDonald's York" Is there a way to categorize all of them as subcompanies of one? If so, should I use the corporation's address to fill out the information on the Vendor for the main one? Any recommended suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks,Tran

I have multiple currency bank accounts and USD as home currency. I have categorized all the bank transactions. When I check the trial balance, the QB converted USD balances are not correct. For instance the bank account which has a closing balance as Zero shows a credit balance in trial balance after converting transaction in home currency

Our banking no longer links to our Quickbooks Online account after 10-24-22. There were no issues prior to this date. We have had many (almost daily) lengthy phone calls with customer support to resolve the issue. Each representative has tried numerous ways to resolve the issue to no avail. Each time the issue is escalated to engineering, no time is given for an estimate to resolve the issue, and no further contact is made to us by Quickbooks. We have had numerous case numbers listed as resolved, even though this not the case. A recent representative has said that Quickbooks has been in contact with our financial institution (Texan Sky Credit Union). According to the financial institution, no one from Quickbooks has been in contact with them. We have asked to speak to engineering, a manager, a supervisor, etc. and no one will allow us to speak to anyone higher up. This functionality is part of the reason we chose quickbooks online.
