Back in May I reached out to QB support for this issue and ended up on a 3 hour call wherein I was transferred at least 4 times between Quickbooks and Quickbooks Time support agents- all of whom thought my problem could be fixed by the other group. I was told a ticket was being created and I would receive a follow up for my issue, as the support agents who helped me were unable to identify a solution, but I received no further follow-up and don't really have time for another fruitless 3 hour phone call. So I am reaching out to the community to see if it's something you all can help with. To summarize our issue: After having set all of our projects in QB time to automatically be marked as billable we have recently noticed that despite all of our employees billable rate being accurately set and their hours being marked billable that is not translating to hour it appears on our projects. I just want to go through the Pro Advisor Training. I need to sign up for a Quickbooks Accountant account, it is asking for a firm name and number. I do not have a firm! I am just a person who wants the certification for possible future career opportunities. How do I go about doing this?
I have been having syncing issue between my point of Sales system Storehub and Quickbook since 19 Mar 2022 and there are currently 36 unsync daily shifts. Storehub can't seem to get any tech person or team to have this issue attended and render help. What storehub needs is to get technical guidance so that they can fix the issue but they can't get any priority and attention from the tech team...the unsync shift means that we have our revenue under reported in QB and we can't accurately report our sales tax amount for reporting to the authority... can I get some help please? We are the accountants for a client using Quickbooks Online Plus. The person identified as the primary user has disappeared, and we are trying to change the primary user to another person. The instructions say to select "Settings" then "Manage Users", then in the ROLE column make sure they are listed as Admin. The screen I'm viewing doesn't have a ROLE column. Can someone assist us with this process? Thanks in advance!!

I have a client who is using the UAE version of QB online and since last 3 months he is unable to connect his ADCB bank a/c to bank feeds in QBO. We raised a query to QBO support team and last week received a mail stating that the issue has been resolved. However, the issue still persists. How do we resolve this or has anyone from UAE faced a similar issue?
