In the accountants module, what is the template format for Import under COA Templates? Is there a spreadsheet on the Detail Type for each Account Type?

I have successfully imported current account transactions, but when I import credit card transactions, I faced the same problem, but I was able to type in "Credit card" in the selection box that to enable to continue bottom. But this time , I tried to import 3rd bank account data, it disabled the selection or type function. So I am unable to continue to import data.

As mentioned in the QuickBooks documentation, the refresh token will expire after 24 hours and then regenerate a new refresh token. However, is there any possibility that the refresh token will not change after 24 hours? For instance, when attempting to retrieve an access token after 24 hours, could it provide the same refresh token as before, but with a new access token?
GST Tax codes BL (BL refers to GST input tax claims which are disallowed) are posted to a generic GST expense account, I would like to reclass the GST component back to the respective expense account so it can be claimed as a corporate tax expense. However I am unable to do so.
I successfully connected my QBO online account to my Maybank Personal Banking accounts seven months ago and have had no problems with it. Recently, however, the data connection seems to have broken (last update around the beginning of October). I am now unable to connect or update these accounts. I have tried several times over the past three days to reconnect, and have even disconnected my accounts and attempted to reconnect them, but I keep getting the following error message: Something’s not working Maybank - Personal Banking Phone: [Removed by moderator] We couldn’t get any information from your account. Don’t worry, you can still enter your info a different way. (106) Note there has been no change in my bank account, no account opening or closure, and I am still able to access everything through the bank's website. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks!
The reports generated on 29Feb & 01Mar show difference $15,000 plus. Could you please help how to find out why the difference occur. (Remark , I did inventory Shrinkage in Jan 24. ) Can be the difference is because of inventory Shrinkage? But not only he shrinkage inventory but also other inventory also have the difference in COS and Inventory amount.
Hi, I have several months of missing transactions for one of my bank accounts. I exported them in both QBO and CSV format, but when I import either of them and proceed to the 2nd step - "Which account are these transactions from?" the list is empty. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
When having an issue with QB, QB support staff continuously refers to third party apps when I complaint about essential functionality that does not work or does note exist. The functionality also does not exist in third party apps and i need a solution. I need to get in touch with QB development decision makers and want to know how the get in contact with them.
We are a company delivering physical netball coaching sessions with 800 players coming for sessions every week. We have 4 terms per year so around 800 x 4 = 3200 sales and every sale can be multiple services and products. Customers pay by PayPal, Credit card and PayNow (Singapore) and bank transactions and sometimes combine different products and multiple players’ payments (siblings together for discounts, etc.)QB has a sales receipt functionality which adds one or more transactions to QB. However, when a payment comes in the match must be completely and exactly the same as the sales receipt, which is impossible as my customers might pay with different payment methods and multiple transactions will add up to one sales receipt. Also, QB takes the sales receipt date as transaction date which is a big mistake for a system as QB. The sales receipt will mostly be sent after the payment date when we have confirmed the payment has been made. We do not send invoices and we have a website where

However, when a bank transaction comes in though the bank links, we like to send a sales receipt directly based on the transaction and combine several transactions into one sales receipt. QB lacks this functionality totally and there is a super complicated solution on YouTube which we are not going to use as QB should make our lives easier.As this is a very simple functionality to build in QB, the question is why it is not available

We have monthly 1000 payments coming in for our services without sending everyone invoices and just want to send them quickly a sale receipt. QB seems not able to do this which is a bit of a disappointment. we have seen the video of a very complicated booking and invoicing process after the deposit is done and we are not able to do that for 1000 deposits every month.
