1. When I create a new client in Practice Manager (with or without a QBO licence), how does this sync to my QBOA client list? 2. The guide says activating Practice Manager syncs all team members, but none of my team members appear, only me i can see in team —how do I fix this? 3. For the Letter of Engagement, can we upload our own template and link product/service placeholders and pricing so the document auto‑populates? 4. Is there any fee or subscription charge for using Practice Manager?

I have found tags in transaction reports but unfortunately I cannot filter by tag name. How can I do this. I have watched the video does not help

How of I change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy?

HelloI have a Current and a Savings account attached to QB. Today I have logged on and the Current account has disappeared from the Bank transactions page. It is still listed in the Chart of Accounts, Import bank data, reconciliation etc. and I can view the history of transactions in the Account history, but when I go via the menu Accounting --> Bank transactions, it is only showing the Savings account. The drop down at the top of that page is only showing Savings as well. So where it shows Pending and Posted transactions etc. the accounts both usually show side by side but I'm only seeing Savings. My small organisation has used QB fairly superficially for a while (i.e. upload monthly statements, reconcile, and categorise, no bills / expenses etc.) and only starting to use it thoroughly now so I'm still very much learning the ropes so I'm not sure if I'm missing something fairly obvious. Any help would be appreciated!Thanks

the trial balance is not showing the correct figures. when I started to process the TB report I entered the period from 28may2024 to 31may 2025, but in the report expenses shows figures begining from january 2025. where can I correct the dates? thank you.

Has the way Employment Allowance is journalled into the ledger changed in Core Payroll? Previously, when the payroll was run, it posted a rather odd 'Tax Payment' transaction into whatever account the payroll was being paid from, dated the 5th of the next month. This confused clients, as the previous Standard Payroll did this more out of sight. And, if they clicked on Edit to see what this transaction was, they got a confusing error message (and then called me!). But it served a purpose, once we told them to ignore it, and posted the correct adjustment to their payroll liability to reflect Employment Allowance. Now it looks like nothing is being posted when the payroll is run. Then, on the 6th of the next month, a 'Payroll Refund' transaction is being poosted to a new current asset account called Payroll Refunds? Is that right? That is what seems to have happened today. Can we have some guidance on this so we can update clients? Payroll/PAYE compliance is one thing that makes the avera
