If you are unable to access billing history/past invoices then solve this problem by below some easy steps.
1. Firstly you have to select the Gear icon at the top. 2. Then choose Account and Settings. 3. After that select the Billing and Subscription tab. 4. In the last choose the View Payment History hyperlink.
Note: The billing history will display the last six (6) months' bills. Billing statements are visible the day after the billing date - not the same day.
Currently, the option to download your company's billing history/past invoices is unavailable in QuickBooks Time.

Are you referring to your QuickBooks Online payment history? Billing history in the Billing and Subscription tab will display the last six (6) months' bills. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support team to request a copy of your 2021 billing info.
Here's how:
Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
Select Talk to a Human.
Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
Click I still need a human.
Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
Choose Get a callback.

For anyone else with this issue and reading this - I subscribed via Google Play so my invoices/receipts were all sent to my email associated with that account, I was not able to view it in QB. I have QBSE so not sure if it's the same for Time but thought I'd share this.
