I entered an employee twice by accident in Time. How can I delete one of the duplicates?

You can archive your duplicate employees to remove them from the list, as deleting them is not currently available in QuickBooks Time, Barb.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Time menu.
  3. Click Go to classic QuickBooks Time.



  4. Go to My Team.
  5. Next to the team member's name, select the three dots menu
  6. Select Archive, then Confirm.
