I am really struggling to get someone to help me set up holiday pay to count toward the 40 hours before Overtime is paid. I don't think it is unreasonable.
This is my example
Monday Sept 1 - 8 hours Holiday
Tuesday Sept 2 - 12 hours worked
Wednesday Sept 3 - 12 hours worked
Thurs Sept 4 - 12 hours worked
Fri Sept 5 - 10 hours worked
This gives me 54 hours for the week.
I would like to be paid 8 Holiday, 32 Regular and 14 Overtime
