Hello! I use quickbooks time every day to clock into work, I got a new number and I am still able to login in via email. But I would like to add my new number for added security

Hello there, Tyelor. Updating your phone number is a smart move for added security. You can do this by signing in to the Intuit Account Manager.

Please follow these steps:

Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager using your QuickBooks Time or Workforce credentials.
Go to the Sign in & security menu, then select the Phone section.
Click Change, then enter the new details.
After making the changes, hit Save.

I also recommend contacting your employer so that they can update your contact information on their side.

Moving on, to receive reminders when new pay stubs are available, enable your notifications.

As my colleague mentioned above, the best way to update your phone number in your QuickBooks Time account is for your employer to make the change on their end. This is especially important since you no longer have access to your old number for verification.
