QB Time not subtracting lunch breaks from hours total

Thanks for posting your question here in the Community. I'm happy to provide some info to make sure lunch breaks are correctly recorded in your QuickBooks Time account.

The following steps are a great place to start troubleshooting for common sync issues:

1. Make sure your device settings are correct. 
2. Check if any of the other listed issues apply to you.
3. To find out if your Workforce app is syncing properly now, you can force a sync.
4. Go to More, select Settings, then Help & Support, and select Sync data.
