Unable to add QuickBooks Time Premium – signup button inactive – support confirmed issue.

I’m trying to add QuickBooks Time Premium as an add-on to my QuickBooks Online Plus account, but the signup process appears to be broken.

When I attempt to add the subscription, I am routed to the QuickBooks Time plan selection page. After logging in, the “Sign up and save” button is unresponsive and nothing happens when it is clicked. This occurs in multiple browsers (Safari and Chrome).

I spent approximately one hour on the phone with QuickBooks support, including a screen-sharing session with a technician. The issue could not be resolved. I was then transferred to sales, who attempted to add the subscription on their end but encountered the same problem.

The only solution offered was upgrading to a higher-tier payroll service that includes time tracking, which is not the product I am attempting to purchase and is significantly more expensive.

At this point it appears the QuickBooks Time Premium purchase flow is not functioning properly for my account.

Can someone from the QuickBooks team please escalate this and manually attach the QuickBooks Time Premium subscription to my account?
