Hi there, @Cooke and Charma. I'd be happy to guide you in changing your employee's working hours in QuickBooks Time.

Editing your employee's hours is a breeze in QuickBooks Time. I'll show you how:

1. In your QuickBooks Time account, go to the Time Entries.
2. Look for the name of the employee you need to change.
3. Then, select the Pencil icon to edit the time.
4. From there, make necessary edits.
5. Once finished, select Save.

Also, changing the schedule view in QuickBooks Time is easy. You can either select days of the week, regular working hours, etc. to display on the calendar.
