QuickBooks Time generally charges monthly fees only for employees who actively sign in or track their hours during that month. This means you won’t be billed for all 500 casual staff year-round unless they use the system during the billing period. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Navigate to the Help menu.
