I'd like a report that 1) shows the Profit and Loss of my Products / Services... 2) filtered per Project

You'll want to run the Sales by Product/Service Summary report and export it to Excel. From there, add another column for the project. Then, open your project profitability report per project for reference. Let me show you how.

The Product/Service Summary report shows you the total sales of each product or service.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Search for Sales Product/Service Summary report.
3. Click the Export icon at the top. 
4. Select Export to Excel.

Once done:

1. Go to the Projects menu.
2. Select and open each project you want to add to excel.
3. Go to the Project Reports tab.
4. Select the Project profitability report.
