As I've checked my resources, you can only generate customer statements. However, the option to add bank details to it is unavailable. To get through this situation, I can help you send a feature request to our Product Development Team. This way, they'll see your feedback and consider adding it to future updates.
These are the steps:
Access your QuickBooks Online company.
On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
Below the Profile column, select Send Feedback.
Enter a brief description of your feature request.
