The option to change the account's region is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. This preference is set by the region’s website in which the subscription was made.
If you need to change the country, create a new account by choosing the country first. You can follow these steps in creating a new account:
Click Add another company, then enter your existing Intuit login credentials.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the account.
Once done, I suggest importing your list from the old QuickBooks account. Simply follow the instructions in this article to carry out the import process: Export Then Import List Data Into QuickBooks Online.
