can we convert reports to spreadsheet

Currently, converting PDF documents directly into an Excel file isn't possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). But I can offer you an alternative solution, Eunica.

You can use a third-party application or a conversion tool to effectively help you manage and utilize your data stored in PDF documents. To look for one, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Apps menu on the left panel and click Find apps.
   
   
3. Type in a keyword in the search field.
   
     

Alternatively, you can export reports to Excel if you want to convert them. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Reports tab.
2. Locate and select the report you want to export.
3. If the report opens in:
   
   
• Classic view: Click on the Export icon, then select Export to Excel.
• New enhanced experience: Click on Export/Print, then select Export to Excel.
   
4. Save the exported Excel file in a location that is easy to find, such as your  Download folder or your desktop.
