First, try to open your QBO account using an incognito or private window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Once logged in, check out the dropdown. If it’s available, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This helps the browser to function efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
