Hi jamal203,

Let's run some steps to isolate why the date format shows differently on the same ledger.

You may be experiencing some data issues. To isolate the root cause, let's access QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Control Option P

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use a different supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

I've also added this article as your guide in personalising reports:  Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have other concerns about pulling up financial reports.
