How can i extract a trial balance with opening balances and ending balances with period's transactions(Debit & Credit ) for 3 of row

Trial Balance and Balance Sheet Detail reports will show the beginning balance of each account.

While there isn't a specific report to show both the beginning and closing balance, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account. It contains the total of each account on your Chart of Accounts.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Find and open a report.
3. Use the basic filters on the report to adjust things like the report dates.
4. Click Customize to apply multiple filters.
5. Click Run reports.
