I have 2 companies whose books of accounts are being maintained at QB. In need consolidated financials. How to generate report? There is no option in report section of QB

Thanks for sharing your concern with us today. I'm here to share some insights about consolidating reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

At this time, the option to consolidate reports from different companies is unavailable. You'll need to export a specific report for each company to Excel and merge them manually. Here's how you can export them:

1. From the left navigation pane, select the Reports menu.
2. Look for the report you want to pull up.
3. Click the Export icon located at the top of the report. Then, select Export to Excel.
   
4. Save the file to your device where you can easily locate it.

While I’m unable to recommend an app, I'd suggest looking for a third-party app that lets you run consolidated reports for multiple companies.

Moreover, since this option is not yet possible, you can send this request to our Product Development Team to help improve your experience. They can review your suggestions and make some necessary adjustments in the next update. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
3. Then click the Next button to submit.
