Welcome to the Community, John. Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't have a built-in option to change the font size of the Statement of Account.

If you are just trying to read it in your screen, you can customize the appearance on the Print & Preview page. Just use the Automatic Zoom drop-down menu or scroll your mouse while holding down the CTRL key.

However, If you want to print it with a bigger or smaller font size, you can adjust the settings in your browser's print options as a workaround.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the three vertical or horizontal dots in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Select Print or press CTRL + P in your keyboard.
  3. In the Scale section, adjust the size to your preference.

Once you've made your adjustments, you can save it as a PDF and print it out.
