Is there anyone here can help? I did not do anything on setting but why there is no category now when I print out the specific expense? Before there was category

I can share some information about printing expense transactions in QuickBooks Online.

When printing an expense transaction in QBO, the option to include the category details is actually unavailable. However, you can save the expense transaction as a PDF file and then convert it to an Excel or Word document to make changes as a workaround. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Expenses menu and click Expenses.
2. Find the expense transaction you need to print.
3. Click the dropdown arrow and then hit Print.
4. From there, select the Print icon and choose Save as PDF in the Destination field.
5. Next, click on Save when done.

After this, locate the file and use an online converter to convert it to Excel or Word. Once converted, you can now edit the details and then, print. 

In addition, our product development team is always reviewing user suggestions and ideas in order to improve our customers' experiences. While the option you need is currently unavailable, I recommend sending feedback so that our developers can see what functions our customers require the most.

Like this:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose the Feedback option.
3. From there, enter the details of your product comments, suggestions, and requests. 
4. Then, click Next to submit.
