Journal voucher approval process?

Currently, a built-in approval for the journal voucher approval process flow is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Joyce.

While QBO offers a workflow feature for transactions such as bills and invoices for the QBO Advanced subscription, this functionality does not extend to Journal Entries. However, you can explore third-party apps that integrate with QuickBooks and specialize in journal voucher approval.

Here’s how:

1. Open your QBO account, then click the My integrations icon.
2. Hit Find integrations.
3. Enter a keyword in the search field or use the Browse categories/industries drop-down menu to explore options.

Alternatively, you can visit the QuickBooks Connect Apps website to search for apps and integrations.
