The stocked cache in your regular browser can affect the issue you had while downloading reports. To narrow down the result, perform the process through a private window.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
To export your reports:
Sign in to your QBO account.
Click on Reports at the left pane, then select the report you want to download.
Make the necessary customization, then tap on the Export icon.
Select Export to Excel, then save the file to your folder.
If it works, clear the cache of your main browser to remove browser history. Otherwise, use another supported browser as an alternative.
