As you open the Balance Sheet report, bank accounts always show first before the A/R account. We can do a few troubleshooting steps to get this working correctly again.
Open a private browser and log in to your account. A private browser doesn't store cache.
If you can go back to your product categories without an issue, we can clear the cache on your regular browser.
Other supported browsers can be good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.
