Head to the Get paid & pay or Customers menu on the left panel and choose Products and services.
Press the More ▼ drop-down and select Manage categories.
This will take you to the Product Categories screen.
From there, choose the main category and tap the Edit link to display the Category information window.
Tick the Is a sub-category box and select the item or service from the list.
Tap the Save button to keep the changes.
Repeat the process for the remaining categories you want to organize.
