When I export the excel version of Journal Entry, it reminds me that it successfully download the Journal Entry, but I cannot find where it was saved

Hello there, Wenyuan. You can navigate to the Ellipses icon of your browser and choose Downloads to find your downloaded Journal Entry.

This opens your browser's download history, and you should see the Excel file right at the top.

Alternatively, you can also check the File Explorer or Downloads folder of your desktop. If you can't find the file, you can contact your local IT professional for assistance. They can check if your browser requires permission for downloads or if there are any possible pop-up blockers.
