Why is the description column not active on my report,i mean the memo/description column is blank? What can I do to correct this?

May I know what specific report did you pull up? The data that displays on the report depends on the source such as transactions, transaction types, affected accounts, and other factors that will affect the reports.

For example, we pull the Transaction List by Customer. The details show in the MEMO/DESCRIPTION column depends on the transaction type and it's corresponding field:

• Invoices - Message on statement
• Payment - Memo
• Credit Memo - Message displayed on statement

We'd appreciate if you can tell us what report you pull up so we know where to start.
