Hi. Pls help: how i can download balance sheet in QB? and income statement on QB?

It’s great news because QuickBooks Online has the option to download your Balance Sheet and Income Statement. You can have them in Excel or PDF formats and even export the data to Google Sheets to be accessed by multiple users, allowing them to make real-time changes. 

To download your reports:

1. Go to Reports.
2. In the Business Overview section, click on Balance Sheet or Income Statement (Profit and Loss), depending on what you want to download first.
3. Change Report period. You can even customize it before downloading.
4. Click the Export icon between the Printer and the Gear icon in the report section.
5. Choose Export to Excel, Export to PDF, or Export to Google Sheets.

On the other hand, know that reports exported to Excel are placed in Protected View mode, making the amounts hidden ​​and disabling users from making changes to the data. When this happens, all you have to do is click on Enable Editing.
