There is a product whose quantity in the Inventory report does not match the quantity in the Product and Services report after the Inventory Quantity Adjustment.?

Welcome to the Community space, Sharon. There could be a specific filter conflict or a latency issue within the system.

 

Please ensure that the Report Period in your Inventory Valuation report is set to All Dates. If your Inventory Adjustment is backdated or postdated, it may appear in the Product list but could be hidden from the report due to the date range.

 

If the quantities in both reports still don't match, try refreshing your browser. QuickBooks Online is a browser-based application, and occasionally, the reports page can display cached data.
