When I do manual matching for imported bank statements, there are double entries in Aug 22 sales in PL report. What could have gone wrong during manual matching?

Adding transactions instead of matching causes duplicate entries if they've already been entered in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can delete them so that this will no longer show on your Profit and Loss report. Let me show you how:

1. Navigate the Sales menu and select All Sales.
2. Locate the transactions. In the Action column, click the dropdown menu and select View/Edit to open it. 
3. Select More in the footer. Then select Void or Delete.
4. Select Yes to confirm.
