Does anyone know if budget vs actual vs prior year can be created in one report?

If it cannot be created by QBO, is there a way to do it from Spreadsheet sync in Excel?

QuickBooks Online doesn’t have a built-in report that combines Budget vs Actual vs Prior Year data into one view, @accounting664.

However, if you’re using QuickBooks Online Advanced, you can use the Spreadsheet Sync feature to create this report in Excel. Spreadsheet Sync lets you export data like budget, actuals, and prior-year figures from QuickBooks to Excel. Once in Excel, you can organize the information into one report using formulas, or charts to analyze your financial performance the way you need.

On top of that, you can consider using a third-party application to make reporting even easier. Many apps integrate with QuickBooks and are designed for advanced reporting needs.
