Question

Ever since your update, my "Create", "Company", "Navigate" and "Reports" are all greyed out. I can't open new tabs and my "clear date" is gone from reconciliation.

To rule out this issue, let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through an incognito window. This will help us determine if the browser's cache is preventing you from navigating around the program.

 

Before doing so, please make sure that you're using the updated browser.

 

You can refer to these shortcut keys:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  • Press Ctrl Shift N for Chrome.
  • Hold down Command Shift N for Safari.

If it works, I suggest clearing the cache of your regular browser.
