How can I run past trial balances?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online is a great software to have. It allows you to run various reports that can help understand your finances. I would be happy to provide some information.

To run past trial balance report, follow the steps below:

1- Head to the Business overview tab 

2- Click on Reports. 

3- Type in Trial balance in the search bar. 

4- You can filter the report to show the dates you need under the Report period.

5- Click on Run report
