Hi thesquareriggerp,

QuickBooks Online provides options, for accomplishing your goals.  I can see how having the ability to filter through your banking transactions would be a time-saver.  I would be happy to provide more information, so you can use filters to explore the transactions through your accounts!

From the Chart of Accounts, you can view the Account history by using the ▼ dropdown menu in the Action column.  When you select the Date ▼ dropdown menu, you can select a timeframe that suits your needs.

You may also want to Run a report for one of your accounts.  Customizing the Report period enables you to see a specific date in time.   In addition, you can select the Customize option to filter by Transaction TypeAccount, and more. You can even save a Custom report so that you can refer back to, at any time.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out again.  We would be glad to assist!
