It's vital that all your accounts be set up properly for your books to be well organized. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your transactions in order to get a better view of the financials of your business. I can point you in the right direction to where you can add accounts.
In order to add new accounts to your chart of accounts, navigate to the Accounting tab, then Chart of Accounts. Click on the New option it the top right, then enter the name as well as select the types for your new account.
