I am trying to create/print a report of all non -inventory items. Is this possible?

Hello ftroupeholdings,

 

Keeping track of your company's items is important, even when it comes to non-inventory items. I'll gladly help you find a report so you can see a list of these items. Here's a report you can use.

 

  1. Choose Reports from the left menu.
  2. Type Product/Service List into the search bar and click the option from the drop-down (Note the report can also be found in the Sales and customers report section).
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. Open up the Filter section by clicking it.
  5. Check off the box for Product/Service.
  6. Select the non-inventory items from the associated drop-down.
  7. Click Run Report.

Add other customization options as desired and when you're ready, hit the print icon in the upper right of the report. It looks like a little printer and is between the envelope and export icon. You can also try exporting the entire report before filtering, opening it in Excel and seeing what filtering options are available there so you don't have to manually check off each item you want displayed in the report.
